Brigittes Merivale, a classic breakfast spot, bustling along in summertime! As well as Brigittes Sumner, which has recently opened their doors along the esplanade in the beautiful Sumner. After a busy few months already, we are anticipating a busy summer for both sites and are expanding our team. Located in Merivale, Brigittes Merivale is open Monday through to Sunday from 8am - 4pm. Located on the Esplanade of Sumner, Brigittes is open Monday through to Sunday from 7am - 4pm. (Both sites have the potential for additional hours for private functions or events during the evening.) We are searching for talented Chef de Parties to join our team and help to create an amazing experience in our venues! Daily tasks include but not limited to; Standard opening and closing procedures Preparation for the day ahead Cooking orders Ensuring a smooth service and customer satisfaction Maintaining a safe and hygienic kitchen Assisting in producing new menu offerings and pricing, keeping things fresh, innovate and seasonal Assisting in ordering, delivery and stocktake procedures Adhering to all legal requirements of the business We are looking for people with strong work ethics, hard workers, people who can work in a team and follow instructions.
