This fixed-term role offers excellent earning potential, secure hours, and the chance to be part of a supportive crew in a well-established operation. Note: Role is in Oamaru. Starting around 6 October and likely to continue until Dec 2025 or Jan/Feb 2026 What’s in it for you: * Guaranteed minimum of $33 per hour across the day, inclusive of allowances * Full-time hours (subject to breakdowns / stock availability etc) * Local accommodation available if required * Be part of a hardworking, safety-conscious team * Short-term role with potential to extend into 2026 Key Responsibilities: * Perform boning and trimming tasks to required quality and speed standards * Follow all food safety and hygiene procedures * Work safely with knives and equipment, maintaining correct handling techniques * Ensure compliance with site policies and standard operating procedures * Contribute to team productivity and maintain a clean, safe work area Requirements: * Previous boning or similar experience essential * Physically fit, committed, and reliable * Strong focus on safety, quality, and teamwork * Able to pass a pre-employment drug test and medical assessment * Have valid proof of identity (Passport OR Driver’s Licence and Birth Certificate) Apply Now – Position starts early October.
