We’re a growing plumbing business on the rise, and we’re on the lookout for an absolute gem of an Office Manager to help us keep things running like a well-oiled (or well-plumbed) machine. If you’ve got experience keeping tradies in line, know your way around job scheduling, and can create processes that actually work, you might just be our new favourite person. What You’ll Be Doing (aka The Important Stuff) * Keeping our day-to-day admin and operations under control * Scheduling jobs, managing customer calls, and making sure no one forgets their appointments * Helping us put smart systems and processes in place as we grow * Handling invoicing, supplier coordination, and other bits that make the wheels turn * Working closely with our plumbers to make sure jobs run smoothly (and they don’t forget their tools!)
