




We're on the hunt for a hands-on, experienced Restaurant Manager to take the reins of our high-energy Pizza Bar & Restaurant in the Heart of Queenstown. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on building strong team culture, improving systems, and delivering an exceptional guest experience. The role is for a fixed term so ideal for a qualified person who wants to spend 10 – 12 months with the possibility of extension in the Adventure capital of the world while earning a good wage. You'll oversee all aspects of Restaurant operations, including the front and back of house. • Full responsibility for day-to-day operations • Lead by example on shift, while mentoring and training the FOH team and supporting BOH coordination. • Maintain a tight, collaborative team culture, and ensure all staff absences are covered. • Handle forecasting, budgeting, rostering, costing, inventory, bar optimizations, and weekly Rosters • Manage stock control, maintenance, sales reporting, and training schedules • Oversee seasonal recruitment, & performance reviews. • Coordinate with the kitchen team respectfully and constructively. • Support marketing efforts and promotions to drive new and repeat customers. Qualifications: • Previous experience in a similar role. • Proven track record of successfully leading and developing teams, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Proactive, collaborative and growth-minded.
