This hands-on role is customer facing with both onsite and office-based components. Duties will typically include: * Installing and upgrading PC based desktops, network equipment, M365 and other cloud platforms * Providing user support in Microsoft environments * Working with our clients to resolve business issues You will need to be: * an experienced IT systems engineer with at least 24 months ICT experience * personable and “well liked” by people in a wide range of age groups * a sound communicator, both face to face and written * honest and have a solid work ethic * attentive to detail and thorough in how you work * a person who likes to have fun and enjoys working as part of a team * quick to learn new and innovative skills and methods * a New Zealand resident * able to work in an office * legally able to drive a car (full license) Remuneration will be negotiated with the successful applicant and will depend on experience.
