New Year - New start About the RoleAs a Trade Rep support, you will be responsible for supporting our Trade Rep team and ensuring accurate stock handling, efficient administration processes, assisting with trade account processing and outstanding customer service. Knowledge of building products would be an advantage. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5pm. Key Responsibilities * Provide exceptional customer service in-store and over the phone. * Handle trade enquiries, process orders, and prepare quotes within agreed timeframes. * Manage purchasing for special orders and core stock. * Ensure invoices and purchase orders are processed accurately and on time. * Maintain stock integrity, including pricing, labeling, and system updates. * Complete all administration tasks efficiently, including returns, credits, and price updates. * Uphold compliance with Health & Safety and company policies. * Actively contribute to process improvements and team collaboration. What We're Looking For* Strong commercial awareness and customer service skills. * Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. * Someone passionate about the building industry. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation. * Numerate and analytical with problem-solving ability. * Proficient in computer systems (experience with Pacsoft is an advantage). * Flexible, proactive, and a team player.
