Columbia Apartment is a modern student residence located in the heart of Auckland, just a few minutes' walk from the University of Auckland (UOA), Auckland University of Technology (AUT), and ACG. Its prime location allows easy access on foot to nearby shops, supermarkets, cinemas, and other entertainment venues. A public bus stop is situated close to the apartment, facilitating daily commutes. We offer various room types, thoughtfully designed with modern furnishings and fully equipped living facilities including hot and cold water, microwave, refrigerator, and kitchenware. Our management team is dedicated to providing you with a safe, friendly, and comfortable living environment.

* Some rooms are available for backpacker accommodation.

**Important Notes**
a. According to apartment regulations, a NZ$150 cleaning fee is required upon check-out.
b. The bond will be refunded within 7–14 working days after tenancy ends, from the apartment’s company trust account.
c. Subletting: In accordance with apartment rules, subletting of student apartments requires tenants to find their own replacement tenant and complete relevant procedures at the front desk. Subletting fees are the responsibility of the subletter; specific amounts should be confirmed with the apartment front desk.
Please carefully read all emails and contracts issued by the apartment. Check-in time and location are subject to the apartment's official documents. If you need to check in outside business hours, please contact the apartment in advance. For some apartments, utilities such as water, electricity, and internet may require activation in advance—please ensure you follow apartment guidelines and make arrangements accordingly. If you need to check in during weekends, holidays, or outside normal business hours, please confirm with the apartment in advance. As cancellation policies may change in real time, we recommend referring to the most recent offer or contract.
