You will provide strong direction and leadership to our Traffic Management Planning, Design and Operations teams, ensuring a safe, high-quality and commercially successful service for both internal and external clients. This role is critical to growing Downer's in-house TTM capability, developing local business opportunities and embedding a strong Zero Harm culture across the team. **Key Responsibilities:** * Lead and manage the end-to-end performance of the Traffic Services business in Taranaki * Drive profitable self-perform TTM operations and grow external client work. * Build, develop and engage high-performing TTM teams. * Champion Zero Harm, ensuring safety, quality, environmental and compliance standards are met * Manage regional budgets, forecasts, utilisation and productivity targets * Oversee planning, resourcing and delivery of contracts to achieve time, cost and quality outcomes * Develop strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders and internal partners * Identify and convert new business opportunities while retaining and growing existing contracts **Nga pūkenga matua | Important Skills** You are a confident and credible leader with strong commercial acumen and a passion for developing people. You thrive in a fast-paced operational environment and are comfortable balancing safety, service delivery and financial performance.
