Position Summary: We are currently seeking a self-motivated and reliable Machinery Mover - Supervisor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess leadership qualities, have the confidence and knowledge to handle the movement of factory plant and industrial equipment efficiently. Additional Training Provided. Key Responsibilities: • Lead a team in the day-to-day running of machinery moving jobs. • Safely move and rig factory plant and equipment in accordance with industry standards. • Adapt to a varied work environment with daily challenges, demonstrating flexibility to meet client requirements. • Collaborate with team members while also working independently to complete tasks. • Assist drivers with onsite operations, including the management of over-dimensional loads and crane operations. • Complete necessary documentation and manifests related to machinery moving operations. • Maintain effective communication with team members and clients. Qualifications: • Clean Class 1 license, Forklift endorsement preferred, the ability to obtain a Class 2+ driver’s license - full training provided. • Knowledge of crane operations and experience with over-dimensional loads preferred. • Strong organizational and communication skills. • Willingness to work overtime as required, including occasional nights and weekends, as well as out-of-town trips. We provide competitive overtime rates and travel costs. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test.
