Overview:**
We are seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented Inventory and Office Manager to oversee inventory control, logistics coordination, and office administration. This role plays a vital part in ensuring stock accuracy, smooth operations, and strong team performance across the business.
Key Duties:**

Manage inventory levels, purchasing, forecasting, and stock movement
*
Coordinate with suppliers, freight companies, and remote warehouses
*
Oversee timely shipping, delivery, and inward goods tracking
*
Lead and support a team of 3-5 staff, delegating tasks and managing performance
*
Streamline and maintain office systems, SOPs, and workflows
*
Ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment and excellent customer service
*
Use advanced Excel/spreadsheet tools for reporting and planning
*
Monitor and report on inventory using platforms like Unleashed
Requirements:**
*
Proven experience in inventory, logistics, and office coordination
*
Advanced knowledge of Excel and spreadsheets essential
*
Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
*
Experience with Xero** required
*
Experience with Unleashed** (or similar inventory management platforms) preferred
*
High attention to detail with the ability to manage competing priorities
