Work cross-functionally and adapt quickly to changing priorities About the Role Our client is looking for a proactive and detail-focused Processing Inventory Controller/Administrator. Reporting to the Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the movement and accuracy of inventory, while ensuring safety, efficiency and compliance are maintained. This is a hands-on role that requires strong coordination, clear communication and an eye for detail. Duties * Coordinate daily stock management (receipt, storage and dispatch of inventory) * Use FIFO principals to prepare and manage daily pick lists, transfers and sales orders * Manage incoming/outgoing deliveries and schedule them within operational windows * Running daily reports, preparing stock for dispatch and checking paperwork is accurate * Recording batch numbers, and completing inwards stock reports and aged pallet counts Days, Hours & Rates * Monday - Friday * 8.30am to 5pm * $30.24 per hour * 1- year fixed term (maternity cover) Skills and Experience * Computer savvy with strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail * Reliable, service-driven and comfortable working to deadlines * Experience working cross-functionally with different departments or sites * Strong communicator with the ability to raise issues early, share updates and foster team feedback * The ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and work with minimal supervision Successful Applicants Must * Provide two contactable work references (if related to this role then more favourable) * Pass a pre-employment drug test * Return a clean criminal background check * Have reliable transport * Have a good understanding of warehouse flow and logistics If you are interested in this role, please apply now with your current CV.
