We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Machine Operator to join our team. This role involves operating a tractor to sweep chip as part of our road maintenance and chip-sealing operations. If you enjoy hands-on work, take pride in doing the job right, and don’t mind early starts or long days, we want to hear from you! Key Responsibilities: Operate tractor and sweeping equipment safely and efficiently Assist with chip-seal operations as required Maintain equipment and report any issues promptly Follow all health and safety procedures Work as part of a supportive, hard-working team Requirements: -Full New Zealand driver license -Ability to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol test -Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, and occasional weekends -Strong work ethic and reliability Previous machinery or tractor operating experience is an advantage (but training can be provided to the right person) Starting ASAP If this sounds like you, please send your CV and contact details.
