Varied civil and drainage work Experienced Digger Operator / Drainage & Earthworks Waiheke Island Based Initially | Family-Owned Civil Business We’re a growing, family-owned and operated business looking for an experienced, hardworking Digger Operator to join our crew. This role suits an all-round operator who’s confident in both earthworks and drainage, takes pride in quality work, and isn’t afraid to jump out of the cab and help the team on the ground when needed. What We’re Looking For You’ll need to: * Have solid experience operating 14–30 tonne excavators** * Be confident digging safely around underground services and drainage systems in a civil environment * Have experience in both **earthworks and drainage** * Work efficiently while maintaining a strong focus on safety * Carry out basic machine maintenance and report issues promptly * Be reliable, motivated, and able to work well within a team * Be willing to pitch in with labouring and ground crew tasks when required About You You’re a team player with a good attitude, strong work ethic, and the ability to get stuck in wherever needed. Our operators are hands-on and work alongside the crew to get the job done safely and efficiently.
