You'll also undertake Traffic Management audits, support project delivery across the network, and play a key role in maintaining strong working relationships with internal teams, contractors, and external stakeholders such as Waka Kotahi and Regional Councils. **Your responsibilities will include:** * Conduct reinstatement and warranty inspections, recording defects using Submitica. * Oversee and assist with field work, ensuring compliance with contract and regional specifications. * Undertake quality checks, identify risks, and implement corrective actions. * Build and maintain strong collaborative relationships across Downer, HCC, and CCA teams. * Lead by example in Zero Harm, including safety leadership walks and ensuring safety excellence in all work. **Important Skills | Nga Pūkenga Matua:** * CoPTTM STMS CAT A/B qualification and 2-3 years of practical experience. * Strong understanding of the National Code of Practice for Utility Operators Access to the Transport Corridor. * Experience in network maintenance, civil construction, or roading (advantageous). * Proven ability in network inspection and fault identification. * Strong communication skills and the ability to build influential relationships. * A proactive, solutions-focused approach with strong organisational skills and resilience. **Me pēhea ki te tono | How to apply** *If this sounds like the opportunity for you, click Apply Now to submit your application!
