**The AI DevFlow: How to Actually Build Software with AI** Just say no to "vibe coding." In this session we'll dive deep into the structured approaches you need to building software systems that last, using AI. We'll explore how to use AI as a development partner rather than an autocomplete tool, how to structure your projects so AI can actually navigate them, and how to move fast without making a mess. We'll walk through a project build end to end — from initial brief to working system — with live demos showing the difference between a chaotic AI workflow and a tight one. The main presentation will be shown on a central screen so everyone can follow along, but feel free to follow along on your own laptop if you like. We'll workshop how to apply AI devflows to your own projects, and dig into the common failure modes that slow teams down. Whether you're just getting started with AI-assisted development or looking to sharpen a workflow that's already working — this session is for you.
