Transmission Meditation group

Transmission is a simple group meditation that helps the world and your own spiritual growth. We recommend arriving at 5.45pm so there's time to explain the method. The meditation begins at 6pm and ends at 8pm, though you can leave at any time. We sit in a circle - chairs and cushions are provided.
