We’ve got an exciting Electrical Engineer role just for you! In this position, you’ll provide technically appropriate and cost effective drawings, specifications, reports, engineering investigations and solutions to meet practical construction and/or tendering requirements making a real impact. Preparing technical documentation in accordance with the best engineering practice. Coordinating the engineering aspects of projects in accordance with Omexom ISO 9001 system and Omexom Design Control Procedure QM19. Reviewing engineering work and advising on design outputs. Carrying out electrical conceptual design, promoting concepts and expertise to prospective clients as agreed with leading bid teams as necessary. • Providing technical support and assistance to estimators, maintenance and construction staff, sub-contractors and project managers. • Supervising the technical aspects relating to procurement and subcontracting activities on specific projects as and when required. • Carry out and/or supervise tests/commissioning work of a technical nature as required. • Understanding and implementing the company health and safety policy and taking reasonable care of own health and safety and the health and safety of others. Qualifications and Skills Bachelors or Diploma in Electrical Engineering and/or a proven track record of engineering design in the Electrical Sector Aptitude and experience in engineering design. A sound knowledge of industry, technical, and procedural and product issues. Analytical and problem solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Who are we?
