As Multisite Operations Manager, you’ll oversee the performance of multiple sites within the University of Canterbury portfolio. Your role focuses on operational excellence, financial performance, and team leadership while ensuring compliance and delivering outstanding experiences for clients and residents.

* Lead operational delivery across multiple sites, ensuring compliance and service excellence.
* Develop and implement strategies for growth, retention, and client satisfaction.
* Monitor financial performance, manage budgets, and identify opportunities for improvement.
* Drive continuous improvement and change management initiatives across the portfolio.
* Recruit, train, and mentor Unit Managers and teams to build capability and engagement.
He korero mou / About you
* Proven experience managing multiple sites in hospitality, accommodation, or facilities services.
* Strong commercial acumen with expertise in budgeting and financial management.
* Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence and build relationships.
* In-depth knowledge of health, safety, and food safety compliance.
* Ability to lead change, foster innovation, and deliver operational excellence.
