All profits generated from their respective businesses in the retail and hospitality space funnel straight back into community led projects and initiatives ensuring their area and people thrive. **The role:** Is an exciting, newly created position within our clients portfolio that will work across both their hospitality and retail channel. Therefore we are looking for an experienced leader across both hospitality and retail to take on this new challenge. The first priority of the role will be to maintain the success and performance of their retail outlet which is one of their most profitable in the group, the second priority and one which will absorb more of your time will be running one of their hospitality venues on Te Atatu Peninsula. Their offering is a restaurant and bar serving great food, beverages and vibes - with live music and DJs regularly performing. In total you can expect to be leading 22x staff across the two sites and will be expected to work cohesively with their Head Chef of the venue on menu & food development. **What we are looking for:** We are after a true operator, someone who loves being in and amongst the people, both staff and clientele of both the retail store and hospitality venue. We need a leader who is focussed on staff development. We need an all rounder who is competent with financial management, rostering, and managing costs. Someone who is happy to work either a Tuesday to Saturday roster OR a Wednesday to Sunday roster. **What you will be rewarded with:** A very unique opportunity to take on this brand new position and shape it into your own whilst achieving results for both businesses.
