The Role: We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor / Store manager to lead our dairy logistics operations. This hands-on role is ideal for someone with a strong background in warehouse management, stock control, and logistics coordination, who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment and enjoys ensuring smooth, efficient processes for high-value client products under pressure Key Responsibilities include: • Supervising daily warehouse operations, including team management, rostering, and workflow planning. • Overseeing the handling, storage, and dispatch of import and export goods, ensuring stock integrity and compliance with NZ food safety standards. • Coordinating with internal dispatch for truck movements, inbound and outbound deliveries. • Managing the devan and goods receipting of container imports and exports. • Conduct accurate stocktakes, cycle counts, to maintain precise records. Skills and Experience: • Proven experience in warehouse supervision or senior store person roles, preferably in 3PL or RMP environment. • Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and SAP or similar platforms. • Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities. • Leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team while maintaining strict compliance standards. • Understanding of transport regulations, health & safety, and food safety protocols. • Flexibility to occasionally work Saturdays to meet client export commitments. • Experience in RMP warehouse environments and the food industry, including EDECs and transfer documentation in accordance with NZMPI requirements, is advantageous but not required; a strong willingness to learn and be trained is essential What We Offer: • Competitive salary. • A dynamic, supportive workplace with a focus on operational excellence. • Career growth opportunities within a leading 3PL environment.
