There is now an opportunity for an experienced compliance professional to join the Motueka based facility to provide compliance management services in our apple packing premises within the district. You will have a strong work ethic that includes flexibility around working hours as production ramps up at critical times during the year. This is a permanent, part-time role working approximately 1,000 - 1,500 hours per year. You will require exceptional communication skills with the ability to quickly become a key influencer in the business to help maintain the company’s international brand reputation in terms of ensuring we meet our customers’ compliance requirements. Success also relies on you being a great people person who can build effective working relationships across the wider business with other teams operating in cool storage, logistics and marketing. Remuneration will reflect experience and qualifications with the successful candidate reporting to the Operations Manager.
