They are currently seeking **2** **experienced CNC Laser / Plasma Machine Operators** to join their Plate Processing site in Auckland. **About the Role** Working as part of a dedicated production team, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining CNC laser and plasma cutting machinery while ensuring quality, efficiency, and safety standards are consistently met. **Key responsibilities include:** * Operate CNC laser and plasma cutting machines * Load/unload steel plates and materials * Perform quality checks and process finished parts * Support basic machine maintenance * Work safely and efficiently within a production team **What We're Looking For** * Experience operating CNC, laser, plasma, or similar machinery * Overhead crane and/or forklift experience (preferred, training available) * Full driver licence (F endorsement advantageous) * Strong commitment to health and safety * Physically fit and reliable **Hours and Pay** **$28-$30 per hour (based on experience)** **Choose one of the following shifts:** **Weekend Shift:** * Friday, Saturday, Sunday * 4:00am - 4:30pm (12-hour shifts) * Paid for 40 hours per week **Afternoon Shift:** * Monday to Thursday * 2:00pm - 12:00am Permanent position with guaranteed hours. **What's in it for You** * Permanent role with consistent weekly income * Training and development opportunities * Supportive team and positive workplace culture * Health and wellness initiatives * Stable, well-established business with ongoing work **Important Information** * You must be legally entitled to work in New Zealand * Pre-employment checks may apply (drug test, MOJ, medical) If you're looking for a stable, well-paid role where you can build your skills and be part of a high-performing team, we'd love to hear from you. **Apply now with your CV or contact the PERSOL team for more information.**
