About the Role As our Operations Manager in this newly created role due to business growth, you'll oversee the day-to-day running of our crews and ensure our jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. You'll be responsible for allocating work, managing resources, supporting operational staff, and ensuring our clients receive top-quality service every time. You will: * Lead and support arborist teams on daily operations * Plan, schedule, and allocate jobs across multiple worksites * Monitor productivity, quality, and safety standards * Ensure all work complies with industry regulations and company policies * Maintain equipment and fleet management processes * Manage client relationships and respond to operational queries * Drive continuous improvement across processes and workflows * Work closely with the leadership team on strategy, staffing, and growth * Collaborate with HR on all things people About You: We're looking for someone organised, proactive, and confident with people.
