We're hiring **Learning** Advisors** to support a large, high-impact national programme running through to late 2026**. This role is not about facilitation**. The focus is firmly on instructional design and digital content creation**. If you enjoy designing learning that's clear, engaging, and built for scale, this is worth a look. **What you'll be doing** * Designing digital learning content using Articulate 360 (Storyline & Rise) * Creating engaging visuals and multimedia using Adobe Creative Suite * Turning complex processes into simple, effective learning experiences * Working closely with subject matter experts on storyboards and prototypes * Managing multiple content pieces while balancing quality and deadlines What we're looking for** * Strong experience in instructional design and adult learning principles * Hands-on capability with eLearning authoring tools * Confident written, visual, and stakeholder communication skills * Experience developing digital learning at scale * Relevant qualification or equivalent experience in L&D, training, or education **The details** * Fixed-term role (ending between Sept-Nov 2026) * Wellington based * Immediate start This is a chance to work on a meaningful, time-bound programme where well-designed learning really matters.
