HEB Construction’s Civil Waikato team is on the hunt for a skilled Civil Supervisor to lead our crews delivering high-quality drainage, water, wastewater, and pump station projects across the region. This is your opportunity to join a high-performing team working on some of Waikato’s most important civil infrastructure projects. About the role As a Heavy Civil 3-Water Supervisor, you will be responsible for the day-to-day supervision and performance of our crews on site. You will ensure work is delivered safely, efficiently, and to specification—while maintaining strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and your team. You will oversee activities including: * Installation of 3-Waters infrastructure (stormwater, wastewater, potable water) * Drainage works, manholes, pipelines, connections, and tie-ins * Pump station construction and commissioning support * Coordination of plant, equipment, and materials * Ensuring compliance with H&S and quality standards * Daily planning, toolbox talks, and on-site leadership About you You will bring strong technical and leadership capability, with proven experience supervising teams in the heavy civil / 3-Waters environment.
