Working within the public sector primarily, this small company has built a solid reputation across drainage work, with the odd civil infrastructure, concrete works, and retaining walls. This is a hands-on leadership role - you won't just be managing from the sidelines. You'll be on the tools, leading from the front, running small crews of up to 4 workers depending on the project, and ensuring jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. Strong all-round experience is essential, including digger operation for trenching and drainage works.
