We’re looking for a hands-on Financial Controller to join our leadership team and help drive strategic growth. The Role: As Financial Controller, you will oversee all financial operations, reporting, and compliance. You’ll be a key strategic partner to management, providing insight, analysis, and recommendations to support business decisions. This role combines technical accounting expertise with leadership responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports • Manage budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis • Oversee cash flow, working capital, and key financial metrics • Lead and mentor the finance team, ensuring strong internal controls • Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements • Partner with senior management on strategic planning and business growth Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field • Professional accounting qualification preferred (CPA, CA, ACCA) • 5–10 years of progressive finance experience, including management accounting and financial control • Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills • Experience with ERP/finance systems (Xero, NetSuite, SAP, etc.) What We Offer: • Competitive salary: $100,000 – $150,000 per year • Performance-based bonuses • Professional development opportunities • A supportive, growth-oriented work environment How to Apply: Please submit your CV and a brief cover letter highlighting your relevant experience to jordon@officestaff.co.nz
