Summary: This role is for an Internal Sales & Dispatch Coordinator responsible for sales inquiries, logistics planning, e-commerce dispatch, and yard support. Highlights: 1. Manage sales inquiries, quoting, and processing orders. 2. Oversee logistics and planning, optimizing delivery schedules. 3. Handle e-commerce dispatch and provide yard support with a forklift. Internal Sales & Dispatch Coordinator – Office, Logistics & Yard The Role Breakdown: Sales (Phone & Face-to-Face): Answering inquiries about water tanks, providing quotes, and processing walk-in orders. Logistics & Planning: Managing our delivery planning board. You’ll be the one "solving the puzzle"—grouping orders and scheduling drivers to ensure efficiency. E-commerce Dispatch: Picking, packing, and dispatching accessory items sold through our website. Yard Support (10%): Hopping on the forklift to load tanks for customers as required. About You: The "Logistics Brain": You love a planning board and getting the details right. Tech-Savvy: Comfortable jumping between phone systems, e-commerce platforms, and invoicing software. Practical: You’re happy to swap the headset for a hi-vis vest when the yard gets busy. The Ticket: Must have a Full NZ Driver's License. A Forklift certificate is preferred.
