We are on the lookout for a skilled and reliable Class 5 Driver to join our client's team in Christchurch. What you'll be doing * Safely operate a Class 5 vehicle to transport goods and materials across the region. * Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure the vehicle is in good working order. * * Maintain accurate logbooks and documentation related to deliveries and vehicle maintenance. * Provide exceptional customer service and communication with clients. * Assist with loading and unloading of vehicles as needed. What we're looking for * A valid Class 5 driver's licence with a clean driving record. * Proven experience as a Class 5 driver in the road transport industry. * Strong knowledge of traffic regulations and safety best practices. * Excellent driving and navigation skills. * Reliable, punctual and able to work independently. * Good communication and customer service skills. * Physical fitness to handle the demands of the role.
