With branches across the country, they're known for their reliability, security, friendly customer service and modern, well-maintained fleet.  We're looking for a skilled and motivated Class 2 Driver to join their team, delivering furniture to residential homes throughout Christchurch. If you're confident operating a Class 2 truck and enjoy hands-on work, this could be the perfect role for you. Hours:Monday to Friday - 7:30am to 5:00pm, based in Hornby Key duties: * Safely operate a Class 2 manual-transmission truck to deliver furniture to residential homes across Christchurch * Carry out all associated labouring tasks, including manual handling and lifting of items up to 25kg * Use appropriate lifting equipment-such as hand trolleys and jacks-to support efficient loading and unloading of goods Job requirements: * A valid Class 2 driver's licence with proven experience operating manual-transmission trucks * Metro driving experience within Christchurch or similar urban environments * Physically fit and able to meet the demands of regular manual handling and lifting up to 25kg * Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail * Confident communicator with a professional, customer-focused attitude * Reliable, punctual and able to work effectively as part of a team The successful applicant will: * Be flexible with working hours, including occasional weekend work * Demonstrate a hardworking, honest and reliable work ethic * Be physically fit and comfortable with regular lifting up to 25kg * Be a professional, safety-minded driver with strong geographical knowledge of Christchurch If you're a reliable, hardworking individual with the required experience, we'd love to hear from you.Apply online now, or call Emilia on (03) 377 3992 if you have any questions.
