

**Start your Wednesday with good company, movement and deep work!** This weekly morning session gives you a grounded, focused start before the day takes over. After some chats, we move into **25-30 minutes of accessible yoga** designed for busy minds and tight bodies: focusing on breath, simple mobility, and functional strength to wake up. Afterwards, we take **10 minutes to break**, chat, grab a coffee, or shower. Then comes the **60-minute deep work / reading block.** Use the time to journal, read, write, or make meaningful progress on something important, with the accountability of others. **Who it’s for:** Anyone who wants a calmer start to the day: academics, creators, expats, people working from home, or anyone craving a rhythm that supports wellbeing and focus. **How to prepare:** Get your mat ready and everything you need for work. Keep a webcam pointed at you if you want feedback during yoga. (Note: this is a first trial, to resume second week of January)
