Hi there..Join us for some fun recreational connections and gentle exercise together as we explore Auckland's Inner CBD starting off with a visit to Parnell Rose Gardens and The Auckland Domain then experience the Night Life ...and see famous Ponsonbys Franklin Road - Christmas Lights Show before we head back down to reach the start point and finish at the Ferry Buildings on Quay Street. Plenty of Carparking Buildings here or Catch the Bus or Train. Uber or something similar. Or perhaps leave your car nearby in Ponsonby.. With your host Stephen F who founded Feet First Hiking Meet Up Group in 2010...He's been bringing people together for outdoor adventures for many years....His extroverted personality especially helps with providing lots of knowledge about Auckland....He enjoys slower-paced walking and will ensure your safety tonight around Auckland off the beaten pathways..we'll see plenty of wonderful things this evening..Come along for a fun bespoke Walking Tour..as we welcome in warmer temperatures and sunny weather.. Wear strong walking shoes and perhaps carry everything in a small backpack or buy food and drinks along the way. A torch or Headlight may be helpful as we visit some of Auckland's historic landmarks..Green Reserves and get off the concrete a few times. At a Glance Roughly 8km of Walking Meet and Greet is 6.30 pm Where Meeting- Downtown Ferry Boat Buildings and Toilets at 107 Quay Street..Opposite Queen Elizabeth Square bottom of Queen Street. We will aim to be finished by approx 10.30 pm depending on numbers interested in attending. No dogs or Smokers or Children . Bespoke Walking Tour Route ' We will visit the Parnell Rose Gardens first.. then explore Auckland Museum and Domain. Grafton Bridge and Symonds Street Cemetery. K Road ...then hesd to Ponsonby ..Franklin Road Christmas Lights ...Walk Down..and Up both sides of Street. Regroup on Ponsonby Road. .Circle back down Queen Street..See its Christmas Lights Displays. When - Saturday December 6th- 2025. With Auckland Trailblazers Meet Up Group. Transportation - Organise this amongst yourselves prior to the Event. Add your Mobile number and Area where you live and contact each other. Or catch the Ferry or Train or Bus.. See you on Saturday on Quay Street by the Devonport Ferry Building . We will head off promptly around 6.35 pm. Sunset is at 8.30pm. Real Dark by 9.30. Bringing a Torch or Headlight is recommended.
