With marketing staff based offshore, this Motueka company continues to expand and operates a highly automated packing facility using the world’s leading technology. The company now seeks to appoint an Accounts Assistant to join their finance team. This is a hands-on accounts payables/receivables role where your high command of accounting and general software will be greatly valued. The company uses MYOB Advanced accounting software, so a working knowledge of this product or similar would be of interest. Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will have a proven track record in building successful working relationships supporting accounting and operations management to ensure finance and procurement policies are adhered to with accuracy and timeliness. The successful candidate must have an accounting background and will ideally have experience across businesses operating in the primary industries sector. You will be a proactive person who can read a situation early and provide support in implementing changes to improve business performance and accounting services.
