We're seeking a Regional Account Manager to take ownership of the entire South Island territory... Your mission? Grow share of wallet, deepen existing relationships, and help customers get more value from a product range with over 400 subgroups. In this role, you will: * Manage and grow a portfolio of high-value accounts * Drive retention and increase share of wallet across the region * Identify new opportunities within existing customers * Conduct approx. 200 targeted sales conversations per month * Use CRM insights to plan activity and maintain accurate data * Work closely with internal sales and support staff who handle admin, appointments, and travel planning * Some travel throughout the year to North Island HQ to connect and collaborate Most weeks include 2-3 days on the road, with full support behind you - focus on where you can add value and our admin team will do the same.
