About the role CARTERS Panmure has an opportunity for a Customer Service Representative/Yardperson to join their busy Yard team providing support in the yard, picking and packing orders, and operating a forklift to load product onto delivery trucks. You will also fill in when needed doing deliveries, safely loading orders and operating a Hiab to off load product on site while navigating often challenging accessways. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and pride themselves on exceptional service and delivery to our customers in a timely, professional, and safe manner with your high energy and can-do attitude. About you You will be the perfect fit for this role if you are committed to delivering exceptional customer service and have the following skills, qualities, and certifications: * Valid FULL New Zealand Driver's Licence * Forklift F Endorsed Licence with OSH Certificate * Class 4 or 5 Heavy Transport Licence - HIAB Certifications (US1753, US16617) desirable * Someone who values teamwork and approaches tasks with a positive mindset. * Capable in navigating computer systems with a firm grasp of technology. * Physically fit * Building industry knowledge is beneficial.
