This role offers hands-on experience working across a range of civil construction projects in a supportive and safety-focused environment. Responsibilities: * Assist with a variety of construction tasks on-site, including site preparation, material handling, and general clean-up duties. * Operate basic tools as directed by supervisors and skilled tradespersons. * Support skilled workers and project teams to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to high-quality standards. * Follow all health, safety, and environmental procedures to maintain a safe workplace for yourself and others. * Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to contribute to a positive, productive work environment.
