We're passionate about delivering exceptional service to both DIY and trade customers and need a reliable, hardworking team member to help us continue that tradition. This is a full-time role, Sunday to Thursday. Your main responsibility will be providing outstanding customer service in our yard and at the trade counter. You'll also step in as a rotational delivery driver when required, though this is not the primary focus of the role. Key Responsibilities * Deliver exceptional customer service to DIY and trade customers. * Assist the Trade Team in the yard and at the trade counter. * Provide delivery support on a rotational basis when needed. * Perform manual handling tasks as required. What We're Looking For* An interest in timber and building products. * A full Class 1 driver's licence (essential). * Class 2 (HT) licence is an advantage but not required, as delivery driving is rotational. * Forklift licence and F endorsement are a bonus (training can be arranged). * Excellent customer service and communication skills. * Strong physical capability for manual handling tasks. About the Role You will be responsible for developing and executing marketing and sales strategies that expand our market reach, build brand awareness, and drive revenue growth. What We’re Looking For • Proven experience (2–5 years) in sales, marketing, or account management, ideally within gifts, souvenirs, or FMCG sectors. • Tertiary qualification in marketing, business, communications, or a related field (desired but not essential). • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. • Strong commercial awareness and a drive to meet and exceed targets. • Solid organizational and analytical skills; proficiency with CRM and office software. • Proactive, adaptable, and resilient team player who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
