Defining and applying the Business Unit's health, safety, quality and environmental policy. Overseeing the management of Preventative and Corrective Maintenance plans and Asset Replacement, including Condition Assessment, to ensure contract deliverables are achieved within the agreed timeframes. Overseeing the provision of Technical, Switching and Value-Added services, to ensure contract deliverables are achieved within the agreed timeframes. Identifying and overcoming any barriers to executing the contract and seeking opportunities to improve and expand the service to be delivered to internal and external customers. Collaborating with the Customer Delivery, Reactive and Project Services Business Managers to ensure that network performance is analysed to identify weakness and opportunities to improve network reliability and security. Ensuring that the Maintenance profit centre vehicles, tools and equipment are controlled and maintained to meet company and regulatory requirements.
