Business & IT Support Analyst

About the Role As part of our Distribution Wellington team, you will: Provide first-response IT support to local users Log, track, and escalate IT issues as required Manage and report on user requests and system enhancements Coordinate system updates, development, and implementation Analyse performance data and business information to support decision-making Identify and promote opportunities for IT process improvement Educate and support staff as the local “super-user” while maintaining IT documentation Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements in all IT practices Qualifications and Skills We are looking for someone with: A relevant tertiary qualification in IT, business, or equivalent experience Proven hands-on IT support experience in a similar role Strong data analysis and reporting capabilities Proficiency with software and database programs Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to work across diverse teams A methodical approach with strong problem-solving and prioritisation skills Flexibility to support a 24/7 operational environment when required How to apply If you like the sound of what we’re offering and think you are the right person for the job, we’d love to hear from you.  Hit the 'apply' button below.  Applications close on Thursday 18th September 2025.
