We have two permanent full time positions available which will be rostered Sunday - Thursday. On a daily basis you will be involved in offering our customers an exceptional service by utilising the product knowledge you will gain to answer their queries and assist them with their purchasing decisions. You will need to have a passion for customer service, be able to communicate in a professional way with the team and with customers. You will need to be able to think on your feet and come up with innovative solutions that have the customer at the center of your focus. This role will also include processing customer transactions, assisting with returns, complaints and account queries.
