We’re looking for a driven agri sales professional based in the King Country or Central Plateau regions who’s passionate about farming and farmer success. You'll be out in the field, working alongside customers to support their fertiliser and soil nutrient needs. This role could suit someone with an existing customer base who’s looking for a platform to support their clients, or someone ready to grow their network with a flexible, customer-focused team. We value initiative, relationships, and practical solutions. Key responsibilities: • Provide excellent service and nutrient advice • Manage existing customers and grow new business • Build lasting relationships and trust on-farm What we’re looking for: • Proven experience in agri sales or consultancy with an ability to connect with and understand farmers • Expert knowledge of soils, soil testing, and fertiliser • A Nutrient Management qualification is a bonus • Ideally, you’ll bring an existing customer base or strong networks you’re ready to grow • Strong time management and digital skills (CRM, Outlook, Excel, Word) • High levels of integrity, work ethic, and a great sense of humour We offer a competitive salary plus incentive scheme, company vehicle, and the tools you need to succeed.
