Be Safe – Be Accountable – Be a Team – Be Real The Opportunity: Reporting to the Maintenance Superintendent, the Maintenance Supervisor (Fixed Plant) will lead our specialist fixed plant maintenance crew. The Fixed Plant maintenance crew is responsible for proactive preventative and breakdown maintenance of our fixed plant equipment at our Rotowaro Mine. This includes coal processing plants and workshop equipment (conveyors, rollers, belts, crushers, gearboxes, shafts, screens, fabrication work, and pumps) The Supervisor will lead this specialised crew through effective management of our specialised maintenance team, fixed plant maintenance expertise, health and safety leadership and effective budget management. You’ll have experience working on mine sites and leading a team to keep our operation running smoothly. Reliability Technician Plant Reliability Engineering Limited (Prelim) provides clients with a range of reliability engineering services which includes plant lubrication, oil analysis and filtration and we have a role for a Reliability Technician at our Oji Fibre Solutions client site at Kinleith. We require a person with a trade background who may have lubrication experience, can assist our reliability team in their operation and interface with our client’s safety and maintenance engineering teams. This role has a strong reliability focus to assist with identification of plant faults to prevent reactive maintenance interventions, increase equipment reliability and help identify developing equipment failures. We are after an enthusiastic person with a fitting or mechanic trade background who has worked in maintenance or engineering teams. Skills: • Fitting or mechanic trade qualification or strong mechanical skills • Lubrication experience and training to MLTI is preferred • Understanding of lubrication and oil analysis • Coordinate services within client safety, maintenance and business teams • Strong commitment to, and proven record in health and safety • Knowledge of safe systems of work such as JSA’s, SOP’s & permit to work processes • Demonstrable problem-solving skills and a high level of initiative • Effective communicator & team player with a sense of humour Experience: A background in plant maintenance will be an asset in this position with strong communication skills and ability to engage with maintenance engineers and technical teams. Pulp and paper industry experience and lubrication knowledge would be preferred but not essential. Applicants must be able to show initiative, be self-starters and able to manage his / her time.
