**ABOUT THE ROLE - NGĀ ĀHUATANGA O TE TŪRANGA** As our Learning and Development Advisor, you will support the design, development, delivery, and reporting of learning initiatives that are essential for our success. You'll contribute to organisational development efforts that create a culture of continuous improvement and teams that are empowered, capable, and confident. Based in our brand-new office with stunning lake and mountain views, you will work with teams across the organisation to support their learning needs.
