This position oversees the removal of litter from chicken sheds, ensures cleaning is completed to prescribed standards, and maintains all equipment in excellent condition. The role requires a strong focus on operational efficiency, health and safety compliance, and maintaining trusted customer relationships. Key Responsibilities: * Schedule and coordinate farm clean-outs and team resourcing. * Ensure all sheds are cleaned to the required standards and surroundings left tidy. * Maintain vehicles, plant, and machinery to a high operational and presentation standard. * Oversee customer service relationships with farmers and contractors. * Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and NZ health and safety legislation. * Maintain accurate records, vehicle checks, and compliance documentation. * Liaise with suppliers for maintenance and repairs as needed. * Participate in training, meetings, and continuous improvement initiatives.
