We are seeking an experienced Excavator Operator to support daily landfill operations. The ideal candidate can operate additional heavy equipment as needed and takes pride in working safely, efficiently, and collaboratively as part of a hardworking team in a fast-paced outdoor environment. What You’ll Do: * Safely operate excavators for digging, shaping, grading, waste placement, and cover application. * Operate loaders for material movement and daily landfill support tasks. * Operate other equipment such as compactors and dump trucks when required. * Perform routine equipment inspections and report maintenance needs. * Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant work environment. * Work closely with the site team to ensure efficient daily operations. What We’re Looking For: * C4 WTR certification * Strong experience with excavators and loaders * Ability to operate compactors and dump trucks is an advantage. * Able to work Sunday–Thursday starting at 7:30 AM. * Comfortable working in a smoke-free environment * Able to pass a drug test and Ministry of Justice checks. * Reliable, safety-minded, and comfortable working outdoors in all conditions.
