Our Hamilton team are looking for an Sealing Foreperson, you'll lead a team, organise, plan and direct operations to ensure that work is completed to a high standard. **Responsibilities** You will ideally be an experienced specialist in sealing, capable of leading and motivating your crew to deliver high quality Sealing Works across the greater Waikato region. Your day to day responsibilities will include: * Planning tasks with the supervisor, and following through to ensure they are completed efficiently and to the required specification and quality standards * Maximising the efficient use of materials, supplies, and equipment * Supporting development/training and supporting career development **Nga pūkenga matua | Important Skills** You will bring with you experience in sealing works and leading a crew.
