Summary: This is a hands-on leadership role supporting the Dispatch Manager, leading a small team, and overseeing daily dispatch operations, maintaining smooth workflows, safety standards, and team performance. Variety and responsibility – no two days the same * Long-term opportunity with potential to go permanent * Hands-on leadership role in a busy dispatch hub * Starting from $26 per hour, depending on experience This is a practical, fast-paced role supporting the Dispatch Manager and leading a small team on the floor. You'll be involved in daily dispatch operations while helping maintain smooth workflows, safety standards and team performance. Key Responsibilities * Support and oversee daily dispatch operations * Forklift operation, pallet wrapping and yard coordination * Ordering packaging materials and CHEP pallets * Liaising with transport companies and hub operators * Assisting with Health & Safety, including toolbox talks * Providing cover across Inventory, Inwards and Picking as required What We're Looking For * Previous dispatch or logistics experience * Forklift & Reach licences preferred * Confident communicator with natural leadership skills * Organised, proactive and willing to get stuck in * Strong focus on Health & Safety and teamwork What's On Offer * Starting rate from $26 per hour, depending on experience * Stable Monday-Friday work with occasional overtime * Career development in a supportive team environment * Variety and responsibility - no two days the same If this sounds like you, apply now!
