The successful candidates will be responsible for transporting asphalt/aggregate materials to various sites, ensuring timely and safe delivery. Key Responsibilities: - Operate Class 2 vehicles for the transportation of asphalt/aggregate materials. - Ensure the safe and efficient delivery of materials to designated locations. - Conduct pre-trip and post trip-vehicle inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance with regulations. - Assist with loading and unloading of materials as needed. - Maintain accurate delivery records and communicate effectively with dispatch and site teams. - Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies. Skills and Qualifications: - Valid Class 2 drivers licence with a clean driving record. - Proven experience in driving heavy vehicles, preferably within the asphalt or construction industry. - Strong understanding of road safety regulations. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Excellent time management and organisational skills. - Good communication skills. - Physical fitness and ability to handle manual labour tasks as required. - MUST pass a pre-employment drug test, minor convictions OK.
