About the Role Looking for your next big opportunity? We’ve got an exciting Reactive Dispatcher role just for you! In this position, you’ll get to administer all electricity service requests received from Omexom clients through to job closure and billing, making a real impact. Maintain strong working relationships with crews, supervisors, and clients. Monitor fault response times and dispatch field resources efficiently. Communicate fault restoration updates to clients and ensure accurate data capture. Maintain rosters and support field staff with Level 1 IT issues related to electronic mobility. Escalate unresolved IT problems and liaise with Business Applications Specialist for field mobility support. Qualifications and Skills Strong time management and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of improvement opportunities with internal and external clients. Understanding of KPIs, operational, and quality processes. Experience in rotational rosters and problem-solving. Background in the electricity industry, call center, or dispatch. Customer service and computer literacy. Self-motivated, team-oriented, and excellent problem-solving skills. As a Data Services Administrator, you will provide proactive customer service and accurate data in line with agreed service levels, to customers by effectively managing the Data Services operations. Key responsibilities: -Ensure compliance with the Australian Electricity Market. -Ensure metering data accurately represents electricity used by a consumer and that it is delivered to the market within required timeframes. -Respond to customer requests regarding data and market deliveries. -Work as part of a team, collaborating and assisting others to achieve overall team goals. -Support BAU processes with an eye for detail and completion of work to a high quality. -Raise any issues identified and liaise with providers, and internal teams where needed. We are looking for a hardworking and dedicated person to be an active member of our team. All about the role We are proud of our indoor recreation facilities and we are seeking someone to share our passion for providing an exceptional customer experience every time. Our lifeguards are responsible for the competent and professional supervision of our pools and keeping the facilities clean. Our casual shifts help provide cover for staff absences. We are open every day of the week from as early as 5:30am and closing at 9:30pm so if you have flexibility during these hours and can help us out from time to time, we would love to hear from you. All about you Due to the age requirements of the National Lifeguard Award, applications will only be considered from people aged 16 years of age or older. Due to the training requirements for this role, you must be able to attend training from 10:00am until 5:00pm on Saturday 16 and Sunday 17 August. It would be great if you have relevant experience working in an aquatic environment, although we will provide you with excellent training for upskilling and First Aid Certification. You will need to show us that you: * are reliable and willing to roll up your sleeves and help out to get the job done well * have the ability to be calm in pressured situations and respond quickly following instructed procedures * are a competent swimmer and can maintain a level of swimming fitness * are reliable, punctual and passionate about creating a fabulous customer experience. If you are invited to an interview, you will be asked to complete a swim test which includes the following requirements: * 200m swim in 6mins * 50m Breast stroke swim * 25m side stroke swim * 5 minutes treading water * Retrieving an item from the deepest part of the pool (2m) If you are successful in your application, we will provide training for the lifeguard award and first aid qualification.
