Benefit from internal training and a positive work environment Yardman - Puautahanui Wellington *MUST HAVE CLASS 4 or 5 TRUCK LICENSE* We are looking for a yardman who can carry out a variety of tasks, including; * Mulch deliveries * Operate a variety of machinery (diggers, stump grinders, chippers, EWP, Hiab) * Assist our workshop in basic services and repairs * Transport diggers with our transporters * Carry out stump grinding * Washing and cleaning trucks and equipment * Some basic fencing and building skills This role is a new to our company, and we are looking for someone who likes the outdoors and can do a wide range of tasks as described above, along with other duties as requested. What you need; * Heavy truck license, minimum class 2 (Class 4, 5 ideal) * WTR endorsement, or proven ability to operate excavators, loaders, and forklifts * A positive can-do attitude * Basic mechanical ability to assist our diesel workshop team * Self-driven with the ability to follow instructions * The willingness to learn new tasks, such as operating stump grinders What we are offering; * Full-time employment - 40 hours per week * A positive and fun workplace * A wide variety of tasks * Internal training to use the equipment Interested?
